Tell us the square footage and we work out what a square foot is asking around you, apply it to your size, and show the homes we compared against.
The three things we will not pretend to know
An estimate that reads like fact is worse than no estimate, because somebody will price a home with it. So here is where our knowledge stops.
- What your home is worth. Our feed publishes asking prices, not sold prices, and asking is not the same as getting.
- What condition, upgrades or a corner plot add. A range from asking prices cannot see your kitchen.
- Whether now is the right time to sell. That is a decision about your life, and we are not going to pretend it is a calculation.
